Amoko envisions a Rwanda and Africa where communities thrive through locally rooted, faith-driven leadership that multiplies hope, dignity, and opportunity.
He dreams of a continent where leaders serve with empathy, integrity, and vision, empowering others to take initiative and create lasting, positive change. He believes that sustainable transformation begins with leaders who model abundant leadership, restoring trust, fostering innovation, and cultivating resilient communities.
Amoko’s faith has been central to his calling. From childhood, he has grown into a leader shaped by the Gospel, learning to lead through service, presence, and compassion. His work with Emmaus Family Center and Rabagirana Ministries has taught him that leadership is less about control and more about walking alongside others, offering guidance, encouragement, and practical support. Counseling families, mentoring youth, and guiding local initiatives have strengthened his empathy, resilience, and commitment to holistic, faith-inspired development.
Amoko is applying to the Abundant Leadership Institute to further grow as a servant-hearted, strategic leader. He seeks to gain the tools, mentorship, and networks necessary to multiply impact in his community and across Africa. ALI’s focus on Christ-centered leadership, vision-driven practice, and capacity-building aligns with his aspiration to empower local leaders, scale sustainable initiatives, and inspire a new generation to lead with integrity, faith, and purpose.
