Why Africa?
Real transformation requires leaders who care deeply about the people they serve, know their context, and are committed for the long term. Developing and empowering local Christian leaders is critical to solving spiritual, social, and material poverty. That is why our vision is Christ-centred transformation for leaders and their communities in Africa. We are addressing Africa’s leadership crisis by empowering a grassroots movement of Christian leaders to serve like Jesus, think abundantly, and multiply impact; creating scalable, sustainable, and systemic change.

Partnership Process
We work with each Church to customize a partnership that aligns with your community's skills, interests, and priorities. The following are possible models:
Program Support:
Your church supports the development and/or execution of a specific program (e.g., the Abundant Leadership Institute, Trek, Kurumbuka Summits, etc.)
Leadership Scholarships:
Your church contributes to the scholarship of a specific leader (or leaders) participating in our Abundant Leadership Institute (ALI) or Trek programs.
General Support:
Your church provides support for Kurumbuka as an endorsed missional partner.
We provide meaningful opportunities for your congregation to engage through prayer, awareness, travel, and/or teaching.
