Ana envisions empowering people to live out their dreams and create a lasting legacy in their communities.

She believes transformation in Africa begins with individual growth and mindset, and that small, intentional steps can create meaningful change across society.

She is applying to the Abundant Leadership Institute to improve her leadership style and learn how to develop others in leadership positions. Ana aims to become an example of passion and good governance within her organization while gaining the skills to mentor and inspire others effectively.

Raised in a Christian family, Ana grew up attending Salvation Army Sunday school and embraced Jesus as her Savior at age 14. Over the past five years, she has led women in her organization and previously led youth groups, gaining experience in empowering others and fostering community impact. These experiences have strengthened her calling to serve, equip, and inspire people toward positive transformation.
