Dale Lutz

Dale Lutz is the co-founder and former co-CEO of Safe Software, a Canadian technology company he helped lead for over 30 years. During that time, Safe grew from a two-person startup into a 250-employee global innovator in spatial data integration, serving thousands of companies and governments around the world. Along the way, Dale gained deep insights into servant leadership and the power of purpose. Since retiring in 2024, he has focused on mentoring, giving, and sharing faith-informed wisdom with the next generation of leaders passionate about making a difference.
