Deborah envisions transforming lives through business and social initiatives that empower youth, women, and marginalized communities.

She is a Business Development Advisor in Kigali, Rwanda, with a deep passion for entrepreneurship, philanthropy, and community development. Deborah seeks to scale sustainable businesses and foundations that provide livelihoods, create opportunities, and mentor emerging leaders, ensuring that impact continues beyond her immediate sphere.

Her Christian faith has been central to her journey. Growing up in a pastoral household, she gradually came to pursue Christ personally, experiencing the Holy Spirit’s guidance and discovering a calling to serve others. Through volunteering in her church’s media and girls’ ministries, and participating in worship and mentorship, she has developed a heart for leadership rooted in service, discipline, and compassion. These experiences have shaped her into a resilient, empathetic leader who values mentorship, community, and the growth of others.

Deborah is applying to the Abundant Leadership Institute to gain Christ-centered leadership training that aligns with her calling and vision. She believes ALI will equip her with the skills, mentorship, and network needed to lead initiatives that transform communities, develop emerging leaders, and strengthen her ability to create lasting impact through entrepreneurship and service.
