Having grown up in rural Kenya, he has witnessed both hardship and potential, and he dreams of a continent where holistic development allows every individual to thrive.

His journey of faith has given him resilience, purpose, and a clear sense of ethical leadership. Growing up in a challenging family environment, he found strength in Christ and in the guidance of mentors who helped shape his decision-making and leadership. These experiences have instilled in him a deep commitment to serve others and help transform lives.

Felix is a Relationship Manager with SMEP in Kenya. As he leads his team and mentors others, Felix is eager to sharpen his skills and enrich his leadership. Encouraged by the success of colleagues who have studied at the Abundant Leadership Institute, he sees ALI as an opportunity to grow personally and professionally while multiplying impact through his work and beyond.
