Gad envisions a Rwanda and Africa transformed by ethical, selfless leaders who prioritize sustainable development, mentorship, and equal opportunities.
He believes that true transformation emerges when leaders serve others, foster accountability, and equip communities—especially youth—to thrive and contribute meaningfully.
Gad’s Christian faith shapes his calling and leadership style, guiding him to lead with integrity, humility, and a service mindset. From early experiences as a class representative in high school to serving as a Residential Assistant in university and now at RICA, he has cultivated skills in people management, collaboration, and community engagement. These experiences have deepened his understanding that leadership is about empowering others and creating environments where individuals can grow and excel. Today, Gad serves as Campus Life and Residential Officer at the Rwanda Institute for Conservation Agriculture (RICA).
He is applying to the Abundant Leadership Institute to further develop his leadership abilities, gain practical tools, and learn from experienced mentors. Gad sees ALI as an opportunity to connect with like-minded leaders, sharpen his skills, and expand his impact in his organization, community, and across Africa.
