Located in Masaka, Kigali, Rwanda, the Kurumbuka Leadership Hub spans 6.5 acres in the heart of a rapidly developing district.

We have chosen Rwanda due to its central location on the continent, business-friendly environment, and high levels of safety and security. Over the next 10 years, the Kurumbuka Leadership Hub will become one of the best leadership development facilities on the continent.

The Hub will be a key location for in-person training for the Abundant Leadership Institute and Trek, help establish our brand and reputation, generate local revenue while saving on overall training costs, and open numerous opportunities for partnerships with like-minded organizations.

The development of the Kurumbuka Leadership Hub is a key step towards our vision of Christ-centred transformation for leaders and their communities across Africa.
