Juliet envisions leaders who inspire confidence and create impact in their communities, regardless of title or position.

She believes leadership is service and seeks to empower others through skill development, critical thinking, and emotional intelligence. Her goal is to foster a culture of servant leadership that transforms mindsets and enables people to lead effectively in their own spheres.

Juliet’s Christian faith has guided her leadership journey since she committed her life to Christ in 2005. It shaped her early career in banking, where she practiced integrity, equity, and excellence while navigating challenging work environments. Her faith instilled in her a sense of purpose and service, which later motivated her transition into teaching and consulting, where she could multiply impact by mentoring and equipping others. Today, she is a Human Resources and Finance Consultant and part-time Lecturer at Clarke International University in Uganda.

Through experiences overcoming criticism and conflict in her professional life, Juliet learned the importance of self-awareness, reflection, and relationship-building in leadership. She is applying to the Abundant Leadership Institute to deepen her knowledge, sharpen her skills, and expand her capacity to coach, mentor, and inspire others—multiplying the impact of her leadership across Uganda and beyond.
