Kellen’s vision for Rwanda and Africa is to equip young people to lead with faith, creativity, and courage.
As the second-born and first girl in a family of seven, she guided her younger siblings and learned that leadership is about care, influence, and integrity, not titles. School and professional experiences deepened this understanding, inspiring her to lead with wisdom, character, and a heart for empowering others. Today, she is an Executive Assistant at Africa New Life Ministries in Rwanda.
Through initiatives like Truth Line - offering devotionals, workshops, and mentorship - she helps youth discover their gifts, develop godly values, and step confidently into leadership. Kellen believes that transformation begins when young people are empowered to lead in their communities, creating a ripple effect across the continent.
Kellen’s Christian faith, nurtured from childhood and strengthened through personal experiences of trust and obedience, shapes her calling. She is applying to the Abundant Leadership Institute to grow her skills, deepen her impact, and become the kind of leader who multiplies influence while remaining rooted in Christ.
