Lillian envisions a country and continent led by Christian leaders who model godly values in every sphere of influence.

She hopes to transform lives by guiding people to lead with integrity, faith, and service, and to mentor young children in cultivating leadership rooted in Christ. For her, true transformation begins when leaders exemplify godly character and empower others to do the same.

Lillian’s journey as a Christian began in childhood, nurtured by her mother and strengthened through Sunday school, youth group activities, and early experiences with prayer and fasting. Her faith has shaped her calling, giving her the perspective to see challenges as opportunities, trust in God’s provision, and serve others with compassion. These values guide how she approaches her work, relationships, and leadership responsibilities. Today, she is a teacher at Victorious Education Services in Uganda.

She is applying to the Abundant Leadership Institute to grow spiritually and practically as a leader. Lillian believes ALI will equip her to serve her organization and community more effectively, sharpen her Christ-centered leadership skills, and inspire those she leads to embrace a life of faithful, impactful leadership.
