Maureen envisions an Africa where leadership cultivates trust, collaboration, and shared growth.

She believes that when leaders focus on abundance rather than scarcity, they inspire innovation, develop future leaders, and strengthen institutions. Her vision is to foster a culture where people’s potential is recognized, nurtured, and multiplied, driving meaningful transformation in organizations, communities, and across the continent.

Maureen’s journey as a Christian has shaped the way she leads. Rooted in faith, she has learned that leadership is not just a career but a calling guided by God’s principles. Her relationship with Christ inspires her to lead with humility, integrity, and compassion, placing service above self and striving to create lasting impact in the lives of others. This faith-centered approach influences how she mentors, makes decisions, and navigates challenges. Today, she works as HR Director at the Rwanda Institute for Conservation Agriculture (RICA).

She is applying to the Abundant Leadership Institute to deepen her understanding of servant and abundant leadership, grow as a mentor, and gain practical skills to multiply impact. Maureen believes ALI’s training will equip her to cultivate empowered teams, inspire youth leaders, and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration that advances Christ-centered transformation in Rwanda and across Africa.
