Michael envisions raising a generation of servant leaders who transform communities, organizations, and the marketplace across Nigeria and Africa.

He sees a continent full of talent but lacking leaders grounded in integrity, wisdom, and compassion. Through initiatives like the Catalyst Leadership Institute, he aims to equip young people, ages 17–30, to live healthier, lead better, and love more, creating ripple effects of positive social, economic, and spiritual impact. He believes Christ-centered leadership is key to sustainable transformation.

He accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior in 1988, and his faith has guided his leadership journey ever since. Over three decades, he has served in multiple church roles, including eighteen years at Daystar Christian Centre. In 2012, he founded The Catalyst Men Network International, mentoring men to grow spiritually, emotionally, and professionally. His faith shapes every decision, ensuring his leadership prioritizes service, stewardship, and empowering others.

He is applying to the Abundant Leadership Institute to deepen his understanding of Christ-centered leadership and gain practical skills to multiply leaders across Nigeria and Rwanda. ALI offers the mentorship, peer learning, and structured framework he needs to strengthen his capacity and expand The Catalyst Leadership Institute. Through this training, he aims to equip a new generation of leaders who are competent, compassionate, and grounded in Christ.
