Christine envisions a transformed Rwanda and Africa where young people are empowered to lead with integrity, purpose, and resilience.
As an iLead Facilitator, she supports high school students and graduates in developing leadership, life skills, and a sense of responsibility for their communities. Her dream is to cultivate a generation of leaders who can create meaningful change in education, entrepreneurship, and governance while fostering accountability, mentorship, and opportunities for youth to thrive.
Her Christian faith has shaped her journey and calling. Growing up in a Christian home and later serving with Youth Impact Mission, she learned to follow Christ wholeheartedly and embrace servant leadership. Her faith guides her approach to leadership, reminding her to serve others, prioritize integrity, and empower others to use their gifts for God’s purposes.
Christine has gained key leadership skills through mentoring students and leading programs, including empathy, active listening, collaboration, and problem-solving. She is applying to the Abundant Leadership Institute to strengthen these skills, gain mentorship, and connect with like-minded leaders. She believes ALI will equip her to create sustainable impact and raise a generation of young Africans committed to transforming their communities.
