Pamela envisions an Africa where leaders are equipped to guide with wisdom, integrity, and compassion.

She dreams of a continent where churches and communities thrive under servant-hearted leadership, and where people are empowered to live purposeful, faith-driven lives. She believes that well-prepared leaders can inspire transformation at every level of society, creating stronger, more resilient communities.

Pamela’s faith has been central to her calling. She received Christ as her personal Savior at 13 and, despite challenges along the way, felt a strong call to pastoral ministry. Training at the Salvation Army has deepened her understanding of leadership through service, teaching her to shepherd others with care, humility, and a heart for people’s growth. Her journey has been shaped by learning from leaders above and guiding those under her, strengthening her empathy, patience, and discernment.

Pamela is applying to the Abundant Leadership Institute to gain practical knowledge and insights that will enhance her leadership in the church and beyond. She seeks to learn how to plan, lead, and mentor more effectively, applying faith-driven principles to guide her congregation and community. ALI will equip her to multiply her impact, helping others become confident, capable leaders who contribute to a stronger, transformed Africa.
