Phoebe envisions a Uganda and Africa transformed by discipleship and Christ-centered leadership, where individuals live out their faith and multiply the Gospel in their communities.

She believes that true transformation comes when leaders equip others to serve, inspire, and share God’s love, starting locally and extending across the continent. Her goal is to develop a generation of leaders who embody integrity, patience, and compassion, fostering spiritual growth alongside social impact.

Her faith has been central to her calling. Since accepting Christ in 1988, Phoebe has pursued a life of evangelism, teaching, and creative ministry through gospel music and poetry. Her work with students and communities has shown her that leadership is about patience, confidentiality, and serving others with love. These experiences have strengthened her commitment to guide, mentor, and inspire others to grow in faith and leadership.

Phoebe is applying to the Abundant Leadership Institute to deepen her understanding of servant-hearted leadership and to gain practical tools for multiplying her impact. She hopes to learn from mentors and peers who share her commitment to Christ-centered leadership, enabling her to lead more effectively and expand her influence across Uganda and Africa.
