Samson envisions an Africa led by leaders who prioritize character, integrity, and servant-hearted influence.
He believes that meaningful transformation begins with those in leadership, and that emerging leaders must see character as the foundation of effective leadership. Through his work with the Salvation Army in Liberia, he aims to mentor and equip the next generation to lead with wisdom, courage, and a commitment to lasting impact.
His Christian faith has been central to his calling. Growing up in a household where both parents were deeply involved in church ministry, Samson learned early the importance of faith, perseverance, and service. Despite modest means, he witnessed the power of trusting God to provide, shaping his own commitment to serve others and develop leaders who reflect Christ’s example. His experiences in ministry have reinforced that leadership is both a responsibility and a vocation rooted in faith.
Samson is applying to the Abundant Leadership Institute to deepen his leadership skills and expand his capacity to mentor others. He seeks practical training combined with faith-driven guidance that will enable him to leave a legacy of empowered leaders, transform communities, and strengthen the impact of Christ-centered leadership across Liberia and beyond.
