Soni’s vision is to empower others to lead boldly, build intentionally, and act with integrity, creating environments where people can thrive.

Soni has led teams and programs across Rwanda, often in challenging, remote contexts, but she now seeks deeper growth—leadership grounded in courage, authenticity, and abundance rather than burnout. She is committed to leading in ways that feel true to her values, unlearning outdated models of leadership, and cultivating resilience and grace in herself and those she serves.

Her Christian faith has been a compass through seasons of uncertainty and learning. While her journey has been nonlinear, it has taught her to trust, release control, and remain faithful in the unseen work of God. This faith anchors her advocacy and commitment to justice, guiding her leadership in service of others, whether mentoring her team, raising her son, or designing systems that honor local voices. Soni believes leadership is about humility, service, and cultivating transformation that goes beyond personal achievement.

She is applying to the Abundant Leadership Institute to gain the tools, mentorship, and community that will help her lead with deeper insight and intentionality. By combining faith-driven principles with practical leadership development, she aims to foster equitable systems, nurture local talent, and contribute to a decolonized Africa—one where leaders embody abundance, courage, and integrity.
