Theopista’s vision is to cultivate environments where leaders not only excel professionally but also embody values that transform communities.

Theopista is committed to becoming a leader who inspires others to grow into future leaders. She seeks to strengthen her decision-making and leadership skills to positively impact her workplace, organizations, and communities. With a focus on excellence and servant leadership, she aims to model Christ-centered leadership that motivates those around her to act with integrity, love, and stewardship.

Her Christian faith has been the foundation of her leadership journey for over 20 years. Through prayer, Bible study, church service, and discipleship training, she has developed a heart for serving others and a passion for mentoring and guiding people spiritually and professionally. Faith shapes her daily decisions, enabling her to identify opportunities to minister, share wisdom, and help others grow in their careers and personal lives. Dependence on the Holy Spirit has taught her to lead with humility, discernment, and resilience.

She is applying to the Abundant Leadership Institute to gain mentorship, practical tools, and a community of leaders who share a faith-driven approach to transformation. Through ALI, she hopes to expand her capacity to lead with excellence, implement impactful initiatives in her workplace and community, and contribute to the development of spiritually grounded, competent leaders across Rwanda and Africa.
