Rev. Dr. Mike Richardson

Mike has served in pastoral staff positions in the United States and Canada for more than three decades. Before retiring at the end of 2021, Mike served as a faculty member at Columbia Bible College (CBC) where he developed the Quest program and created the initial Certificate Program in what is now the Applied Leadership Degree. Before joining CBC, Mike was a professor at Trinity Western University (TWU) for 20 years and served concurrently as the Coordinator of the Christian Ministry Stream of the MA Leadership graduate program for 10 years. Mike’s passion for leadership development and service has led him together with his wife, Kathy, to take teams of students and adults throughout East Africa during the past 25 years. He has also developed courses for Pan African University in Nairobi, and since its inception, Mike has been a facilitator for the Abundant Leadership Institute in Kigali, Rwanda.
