About Kurumbuka Leadership Solutions

Kurumbuka exists to develop and empower African leaders with God-given visions for transformation.

For too long, communities across Africa have been devasted by corrupt leadership. Exploitative leaders in all sectors have failed to solve Africa’s greatest challenges while external agencies have wasted billions of dollars on initiatives dreamt up by outside “experts”. As a result, millions have suffered under the burden of protracted violence, displacement, starvation, and economic collapse.

At Kurumbuka, we are forging a new way forward where local leaders are empowered to unleash the potential of Africa by serving their own communities. We are committed to developing executive and emerging leaders, connecting them with other influencers, giving them the tools necessary to multiply their solutions, and cheering them on as they realize their dreams.

Kurumbuka means ‘to multiply’, and when you join the Kurumbuka team you join a multiplication movement that is creating lasting change throughout Africa.
