Dr. Don Page

Don distinguished himself in the service of the Canadian Government as a Senior Policy Analyst and Speech Writer in the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade. After 16 years in government, Don transitioned to Trinity Western University as the Academic Vice President in 1989. In alignment with his passion for leadership development, Don launched the Master’s in Leadership (MAL) program at TWU, a degree based on transformative Servant Leadership and Values Based Leadership. During his time at TWU, Don was also a highly-regarded professor and was instrumental in the creation of the Laurentian Leadership Centre, a live-in extension program in a historic mansion in the heart of Ottawa. He has taught at Pan African Christian University and his book on Effective Team Leadership: Learning to Lead through Relationships was published in Africa and is used for training in the Kenyan Public Service and African Enterprise. Don has passionately supported the Abundant Leadership Institute since its inception.
