Claudio Morelli

Claudio is a lifelong educator who began teaching in 1978. After holding various administrative positions in the Nechako Lakes, Vernon, and Burnaby school districts, Claudio served as the Superintendent of the Burnaby School District from 2008 to 2012. Claudio has shared his educational and school governance expertise as a Technical Consultant for The Wellspring Foundation for Education and published his first book, Learning and Leading in the Land of a Thousand Hills: An Unexpected Mission of Transformation and Joy, in 2019. Since its inception, Claudio has been a facilitator for the Abundant Leadership Institute in Kigali, Rwanda, and is currently the Board Chairperson.
